1 - Product Description & Pricing
We take every care in the preparation of the content of this web site, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at time of publishing and all products have been fairly described. However, please note the following:
Colour and appearance on the web site will vary according to the resolution and the screen type of your computer. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that the appearance or colours of the products shown on the site exactly reproduce the appearance or colours of the products themselves.
The weights, dimensions and capacities given are approximate only.
The price you pay is the price displayed on our web site at the time we receive your order, and will be clearly stated on your order confirmation save that if we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price, or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled, and will give you a full refund.
Product descriptions may not reflect the exact position, there are design variations at the moment. We do not therefore offer any warranties as to their accuracy.
Where products are to be placed in a coastal location, client should be aware they may need to ask about upgrading to marine quality paint, as all products are offered in standard quality powder coating.

We reserve the right to alter the design of products to ensure that we continuously improve our goods.
2 - Payment
We will charge your credit card account immediately and authorise dispatch of the goods. Online orders must be paid for by credit/debit card. We accept Visa Credit, Master Card, Visa Debit, Switch, Solo. Pro formas may be paid for by BACS transfer.

3 - Delivery
Delivery times vary depending on the product. Estimated delivery times are shown where possible with each product. All delivery times are estimates only and time shall not be of the essence. We shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the goods howsoever caused.

4 - Cancellation & Returns
As our products are made to order, cancellations may only be accepted within 48 hours of placing your order. After this period, orders cannot be cancelled. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel.
If the goods are faulty or do not comply with the contract, we will arrange to repair or replace them, or provide a refund. You should inspect the goods upon delivery and notify us of any defects within a reasonable time.
5 - Warranty
We warrant that the goods will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 10 years from the date of delivery. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse or unauthorised modification.
6 - Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Conditions shall limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any matter which it would be illegal to exclude or limit.
Subject to the above, we shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage, or for any loss of profit, business, revenue, or goodwill.
7 - General
These Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
If any provision of these Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Conditions constitute the entire agreement between us and you relating to the subject matter hereof.
